Inventory planning across a multipack woodworking catalog — forecast, reorder points, safety stock and weeks of coverage, at the pack-size level where the ordering decision actually gets made.

52 weeks of unit sales followed by a 13-week seasonal-naive forecast with trend. The model is deliberately simple — what matters is the ordering decision it feeds, not the sophistication of the curve.
Weeks of coverage on hand plus on order, measured against each SKU's own lead time. A bar shorter than its lead-time marker means the stockout happens before the replenishment can land.
Every SKU below its reorder point, with a suggested quantity that brings coverage to about 12 weeks plus safety stock. Click a column header to sort.
